• MartialRank.com will not be liable for the content of any submission.

• You will hold MartialRank.com harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission and viewing of your designs, artworks, messages, files, links or anything else you may post.

• MartialRank.com reserves the right to reveal your identity and any information we have that regards you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any designs, artworks, messages, files, links or anything else posted by you.

• MartialRank.com reserves the right to cancel the Service or to discontinue accounts that have been inactive for more than 180 days. We may do so at our discretion after sending an email warning to the address you used when you set up your account. If you do not respond to the email within 10 days, your account and the images contained in it may be removed.

• While MartialRank.com is not responsible for the content of the submissions, MartialRank.com reserves the right to delete, move or edit submissions that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene or in violation of copyright or trademark laws or otherwise unacceptable.

• Your physical or electronic sharing of your images constitutes permission for reprinting by the recipient.
